OUR PROGRAMS:
Empowering Parents to Unleash Their Child's Potential and Ensure Success
Youth Program (Ages 8-12): Our program introduces kids to the fundamentals of movement and strength, focusing on developing speed, agility, and overall strength.
MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY AT 5PM
*Discount available only for our Teen Program. The Youth Program already offers discounted rates.
360 Rising Athletes Program (Ages 13-16): Your child will join our program, training alongside up to 15 other teenage athletes who share the same goal: to excel in sports.

The 360 Elite Program is perfect for athletes aiming to excel in sports like basketball and volleyball. Focused on enhancing strength and power, this program targets key attributes such as vertical jump and overall force production. Enjoy personalized coaching and targeted exercises in a semi-private setting with a maximum of 6 athletes per session, ensuring individualized attention and optimal results. My teenage son has been working with Coach Jose over the past 3 months and not only have the results been tremendous, but the form which Coach Jose has each athlete do to make sure they don't get injured when lifting is something that not every trainer does. Coach is very meticulous with all his athletes when it comes to lifting (whether it be squats, dead lift, speed and agility work, etc.). You will always have the confidence when your teen athlete is lifting away from Coach Jose that they will have the correct form. From a results standpoint my son increased his vertical jump by 2 inches in just over a few months and there is still plenty of work to do. Coach is very professional and does an in depth analysis of what each athlete is trying to accomplish based on their respective sports. My comfort level with Coach Jose is very high with my son as I know he is going to not only push my son but also show the professionalism and energy to make each and every session challenging yet different.
