For any D-1 basketball player, mastering your craft is essential to success. What helped set me apart was how explosive and strong I was. That is where Jose Aguayo makes all the difference. Jose is detailed oriented and helped me understand the value of training myself to be more athletic – yes it is possible to become more athletic! . I remained injury free for the duration of my college career thanks in large part to what Jose did for me. Jose’s training helped elevate my basketball skills to an entirely different level allowing me reach my peak as an athlete. Jose consistently trains the right way and always has the well-being of his athletes at the forefront of his training. Jose is the man!
